How the night runs
Saturday 15 May 2027 at The Cargo Shed, Tauranga. Doors at 3:30 PM — the film starts at 4:00 PM and you really won't want to miss it.

Doors Open
Arrive at The Cargo Shed. Grab a drink, find your people and get settled in.
4:00 PM
The Premiere
Our private wedding ceremony film plays for the very first time.
We haven't seen it either. We'll be watching it with you.
Chapter Three · The Pre-Game
4:20 – 7:30 PM
The Pre-Game
Grazing food, a subsidised cash bar, live music and speeches spaced every 20–30 minutes. No formal seated dinner — eat, drink and move around.
7:30 – 8:00 PM
Reset & Glow Up
Freshen up, swap the heels for comfy shoes, change into outfit #2 if you brought one, then grab your glow sticks and party glasses.
Outfit #2 must also be all black.
Chapter Four · After Dark
8:00 PM
First Dance… But Not For Long
We'll start the first dance — you lot finish it with us. The bouquet gets thrown right about here too.
8:00 – 10:00 PM
OPUS
Our favourite local DnB DJ takes over. Lights down, glow sticks out, dance floor full.
All that black is about to look very good next to the glow.
Chapter Five · The Comedown · Alex's Hoedown
10:00 PM – Late
The Comedown
Loud music finishes at 10 and Alex takes the aux. Country ballads, boots on the floor and everyone swaying like we all grew up on a ranch — one more drink, one more chat, wrapped up before midnight.
Yeehaw hour. Hats optional, questionable line dancing compulsory.
